Wedding Stationery - Table Plans

Table Plans are an excellent way of organising your guests for the reception.   Some venues may offer the service of a handwritten plan, which is placed on clipboards.  

As your guests will have replied to you (hopefully), you will be aware of who is attending and this allows you to work out who sits where.   The venue will be able to tell you how many people can sit on each table and the ideal layout of the room for your guest requirements. From there you will be able to select the seating arrangements for your guests, allowing if possible that no one has their back to the top table (after all, you have spent a fortune on the dress and you want everyone to take notice!)

Our table plan inserts start with a size of 64cm x 45cm and this plan can fit up to 9 tables plus the top table (with a maximum of 8 people per table).   All our plans are framed in silver, gold or pine, but are not supplied with glass due to safety reasons.

You may wish to order 'table name cards' or 'table numbers' to associate with the table plan.  

We need to have the list of guest names at least one week before the wedding day, this allows for cancellations or alterations in the seating plan, we feel that it is not possible to have the list complete four weeks in advance as circumstances can change.

For table plans with a difference, we mount 3 layers of mount board over the table plan to give extra depth, and use gold or silver as the middle medium to enhance your table plan.   Prices for this service are available when we know how many tables and plan size you will require.

If possible we ask that you email your table lists using a Word format or Excel spreadsheet or if you do not have access to these formats a handwritten or typed version is perfectly fine.

We do not charge for any type setting or data inputting that is required for your stationery.
