Ordering Stationery

With your samples, we will provide you with a detailed order form that you will need to complete should you wish to order your invitations from Lilly Designs.   Please send this form along with a non-refundable deposit of 40% to secure your order.   You will be contacted by telephone once your order form has arrived to confirm that we have received it.

Should you require any minor alterations, please telephone or email our workroom.   If we are unavailable, please do leave a message and we will return your call within 24 hours.

At Lilly Designs we do not have a minimum order quantity, so do not feel obliged to order more than you require unless you would like to have a few spare to allow for mistakes or for your memory box! Should you wish to order extra invitations after you have received your stationery, please contact us. As all our stationery is handmade we do schedule in a limited number of orders per month, this enables us to ensure quality to all our orders, and we advise that you order your stationery as soon as you have the relevant details available.   Should your order be of an urgent nature then please do not worry, we do offer an express service where we can try and supply your stationery within one week.

Once we have received your order, we will send out to you a proof of the text for your stationery, this needs to be approved before any work can begin.   Please return this to us in the stamped addressed envelope that will be enclosed or scan and email the document to us.
